When Andy Glasgow and Gabrielle Milam started working for Celina's Engineering Services Department, they had no idea what they were getting into. They knew Celina was growing at a fast and furious pace, but they didn't initially realize how strategically and intentionally the city was doing it. They do now ... and they love it! Both Andy (Director of Engineering) and Gabrielle (Construction Manager) are relatively new to Celina, but they already have a heart for this community and they’re excited to play a vital role in building on the solid foundation that's already been established. #lifeconnected
