New Police Chief: ’Community-oriented policing’

In April, John Cullison was named the new Chief of Police in Celina, Texas. He immediately hit the ground running, and his leadership skills instantly began to shine. It doesn't take much of this conversation to realize that Chief Cullison is proud to where the badge, and that he's beyond thrilled to now be in Celina.
